“HOW TO BECOME HEALTHY USING AUTOPHAGY TO CURE OUR DISEASES”

How to become really healthy? Since the death of my 3 foundation in life my Tito Danny, my Nay Penny, and my Tay Jose, I started to search how to reverse the speed of the aging process I experienced since I got my chronic disease the type 2 diabetes. It took me 2 years now researching it through internet, afterwards I bumped myself into keto world and Intermittent fasting, and now the carnivore diet.

Eating is an aging process, but human needs to eat in order for us to live. But according to science of human physiology, human needs not to eat frequently just like most human being use today. Human needs time to heal the gut (Did you know Gut is our 2nd brain) and before spooning that next food to your mouth, you need to fast at least long hours (18 to 22 hours) to tap the autophagy its a process of disposing some of the cells that are not functioning well which in the future may trigger chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes, heart, liver, kidney, brain diseases, and cancer.

Autophagy is the result of fasting even Jesus and many people in the past had described its effectiveness to their health. Even tracing it to our human ancestors where food is scarce and they can’t eat the way modern humans do now. Food now is every where everytime we think to eat we eat we just need to have money to buy it. Before our human ancestors can eat they need to plan and hunt the animal such as mammoth, deer, elk, rabbit, and others. After the hunt they feast for their triumph then what is next they’ll need to hunt again for days, yes that is right days because food is scarce, that’s is why our ancestors learned to salted some of the meat they hunted in order for them to have food in times of famine(where food is really scarce and is very dangerous).

Fast and feasting is the key to good health. Eat animal meats and fats and we will be healthy.

Introduce Yourself (Example Post)

This is an example post, originally published as part of Blogging University. Enroll in one of our ten programs, and start your blog right.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.

Why do this?

  • Because it gives new readers context. What are you about? Why should they read your blog?
  • Because it will help you focus you own ideas about your blog and what you’d like to do with it.

The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

  • Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
  • What topics do you think you’ll write about?
  • Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
